Just darling! I would use the mugs for hot apple cider, hot cocoa, tea, coffee….all kinds of hot and cold drinks. I’m sure they would become my favorites! I’m a big baker, so I’d fill the bowl with some homemade pastries to go with the drink (I’m thinking danishes, muffins, cinnamon rolls). Who wants to join me? Thanks for the contest!

I’d use the cups for ice cream with my son. As a kid I remember eating ice cream out of a mug with my mom. I’d stir and stir it until it was silky smooth and perfectly blended with chocolate syrup. :) I guess we’d let papa bear have his ice cream in the bowl. He does work hard afterall and deserves a larger serving.

I am looking forward to sitting on my back deck this fall with my angel boyfriend, admiring all the autumn leaves as they turn red, gold and orange, and drinking a hot cup of tea from those beautiful mugs. The bowl would be perfect for holding hot scones to dunk in the tea. Mmmmm………….

I love to take gorgeous bowls like that and move them around the house. Filled with fruit on the kitchen island, holding some glass balls on the mantle, filled with seasonal objects in the entry hall.

It’s so beautiful … I think I’d use the mugs as vases and the bowl to hold marbles or the rocks I’ve collected throughout the world. Or maybe I’d fill the bowl with silk flowers … or heck, maybe I’d just use them to serve food and drink in. lol

Gene’s slogon, Made with creativity. Use creatively. is a great slogan — love it These are beautiful. The mugs would be great for my afternoon teatime. I love curling up with a warm cup of tea and looking out in my garden for a little quiet time.

  37. Judy says:

The bowl would get it’s first use probably to hold Halloween candy. I would probably use the mugs for morning oatmeal. For some reason I think it tastes better in a mug then in a bowl.

I’m a elementary school teacher so love to have a special mug at school. One that expresses the care that a potter put into making it. I’ve been looking for such a mug so maybe this is it. The bowl would be mine alone for hot soup or ice cream. The other mug would be hubby’s. See I have it already all planned out. ROFL
    Thanks for the chance!
