Right downtown in this fabulous Indiana town, Aztecaz Mexican Grill is conveniently located close to everything.
Brightly colored and lively-looking, it felt like a fiesta! The decor certainly gave Baby something interesting to look at, too.
They brought out salsa and chips and we happily munched on those while debating what to order. When asked, our waiter shared that he usually gets the chicken and rice as well as the burritos.

So, I got the Arroz con Pollo or to put it in plain English: Chicken and rice. I know, it sounds so boring–little Indiana travels to to a new Indiana town and gets chicken and rice? But it’s not!
The cheesy sauce is something else. I could not get enough of it. I’m still craving it and have yet to find it anywhere else! Believe me, I’ve tried. The baby (I suppose I should start saying toddler!) also enjoyed my pollos. He loved the rice and ate a ton of it without making too big a mess. Hooray!
My husband, Jeremy, ordered a burrito and thought it was pretty good, too. Served with a side of rice, he thoroughly enjoyed it.
Aztecas Mexican Grill in Wabash, Indiana was a wonderful dining experience.
