Now that that’s settled, take a gander at the refrigerated cases across from the bread. Pretty neat, right? I drooled at the meats and bacon here, too.
There are a few aisles of imported foods inside Lykos European Food Market ranging from spices to cookies to wines. Really, that’s a total guess. All the packaging is in foreign languages so my husband, Jeremy, and I were shopping by pictures!

We picked up a bottle of wine, mineral water bottled in the Serbian mountains of Arandjelovac, and fresh bread. Weird purchases, but that’s what ended up in our hands by the end.
I’m wishing I had picked up a candy bar but I guess I can do that next time. At least, that’s what I translated and inferred from the cover design on something that kind of looked like a bar of chocolate.
Let me say this about the bottle of mineral water: it’s total love/hate. Is there anything else that I’ve had, thought was gross, but then got a craving shortly after to try again? Strange and bizarre but there you go.
