Walking around Wabash, Indiana was so much fun when you can gawk at phenomenal architecture like this! Nice neighborhoods, the perfect downtown, and more than a few unique homes to ogle!
There’s a reason why Victorian homes are often referred to as “painted ladies:” the amount of exterior detail is rather incredible and oh-so carefully applied using at least three colors. Strolling or driving around this Wabash County town, you will see plenty of gorgeous “painted ladies” (of the house variety ahem) and unusual homes in general.
Here’s a slew of architecturally interesting Wabash, Indiana homes that I caught on camera. Unfortunately, they just don’t make them like they used to. They vary so much from one to the next but they all have that solid feel of an older home. These homes in Wabash are incredible–and are surrounded by sidewalks so it is easy to gape at the lovely homes while enjoying a stroll around the downtown and beyond!
