The Sherman House Restaurant and Inn in Batesville, Indiana was one of those most historically interesting places little Indiana and family have ever stayed!
This Batesville, Indiana Inn has been in existence as an inn for so long (since 1852) that they use the catch phrase, “Stay where you great great grandparents could have stayed” and mean it. I just find that fascinating, don’t you?
Breakfast at this Indiana lodging option is served downstairs in the equally historic Sherman House Restaurant. The Apple Butter and Fried Biscuits were delicious! That’s a nice way to start your morning off the right way for sure!
