Hubs can play the saxophone. Our boys are good at making noise in general. But I? Well, I completely lack the ability. Yet–stepping into this large Indiana music store, I kind of felt like anything was possible.
It’s not every day you see a row of violins and cellos! Isn’t that neat?
There was a full wall of various guitars. Rows of accessories and all sorts of sheet music and a whole big box thing of drumsticks…this is music nirvana!

What this mom and pop shop is known for far and wide, however, are band and orchestra instruments.
It’s not some new thing they are trying, either. Conrad Music Center has been the school instrument supplier for more than one hundred years!
I think that’s pretty neat and certainly something you don’t see everyday. Think about that for a minute. That is a generation or two of children that have had the gift of music–and small town business. Incredible.
They’ve been a welcome face in many a small Indiana town.
