Every day this Indiana sweet shop whips up a homemade batch of chocolates.
You can just imagine how wonderful this shop smells! The glass cases hold so very many types of chocolates. How would I ever decide?
Kid #1 was my partner in crime this time. We loved every minute!

Cherry Cordials, Coconut Balls, Caramel Tortoises, Caramels, Cashew Clusters, Chocolate Dipped Homemade Marshmallows…the selection in the handsome wood cases just didn’t end.
My favorites have always been the Truffles and the Creams. At Cocoa Safari, they had more than just a handful!
On the outside, Dark or Milk Chocolate topped Truffles with flavors on the inside that ranged from Raspberry to Mint to Espresso–as well as a varying list of seasonal Truffles like Pumpkin Pie or Lemon Chiffon. Wowza.
But I couldn’t resist once I saw Milk Chocolate Orange Truffles through the glass. That was so good! Kid #2 got the Vanilla Buttercream. Yum!
