Temperatures may have soared, but that didn’t keep us from exploring!
This week was awesome. We tromped through trails that mimic what Indiana would have looked like way back then at the Efroymson Restoration at Kankakee Sands. We shopped at a fantastic antique shop in Scottsburg and browsed beautiful tables in Madison. There was still time to whip up a nice, cold refrigerated salad so I’m sharing my favorite Vinegar Salad Recipe. We revisted a lovely gifts and more shop in North Salem, too! Whew!
