You won’t know where to head first! There are two floors to Mick’s Antiques. The first floor contains a lot of different vendors. You’ll find a table that is absolutely FULL of hats. What in the world? Where did they all come from? Why?

If you have ever needed to get a kid interested in reading, you need to look to comic books. Problem solved, at least when you are at Mick’s Antique Shop. There’s boxes and boxes of comic books that are definitely priced to sell. Salt and pepper shakers like you’ve never seen before occupy another huge section of shelves. Whoa!

Shelves hold knickknacks of all kinds, collectible items, and awesome Indiana antiques. Vintage books, bottles, even a box of baseballs, and another one filled with bats, can be found right here. They also have one of my personal favorites: vintage cameras. I love looking at the different types of camera. Some are so complicated yet others are so boxy or simple. I find it fascinating. It’s an unofficial collection, I guess.

They have a variety of brands here so any vintage camera lover will not only find just what they need, but it will actually be at a price that they can afford. No kidding.

Make sure to poke around by the counter. It’s located in the middle of the shop and has a lot of excellent images of Gas City, Indiana from back in the day. There’s some really neat Indiana history there. Please take a second to check it out.

Then? Head upstairs! Located right near the counter, you’ll enjoy the gobs of furniture up there. Vintage and newer stuff, there’s a whole lot here.
