Though not as colorful as my Rainbow Cake Recipe, this Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe is a hit with grown-ups and kids–these are so moist and delicious!

I’ve been making this same recipe since I was 19 years old. Other cupcake recipes have come and gone, but none have compared to this one.

I always pair it with a Vanilla Buttercream Frosting. Yum!

With leftover crushed pineapple in the fridge begging to be used, I turned to this Pineapple Upside Down Muffins Recipe.

Just like Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, these muffins cool and are flipped over–making a very nice presentation.

Top with a cherry and make them extra pretty! We didn’t wait for these to cool, but dug right in. Yum!

While you may think of Carrot Cake as a traditional Easter dessert, it’s a fabulous meal-ender year round!

Don’t be afraid of the pineapple or coconut in this recipe–it adds a lot of flavor and makes a wonderful cake. I would highly recommend that you include it! I do omit the walnuts, but to each their own.

If you’ve been crawling the web in hopes of finding the best calzone recipe: this is it!

Are you a fan of homemade pizza? Then you should have no trouble making the leap to whipping up your own calzones. Sometimes I find I have way more of the Sausage and Spinach filling than I need. In this case? I make omelets for breakfast the next day.

I found this Sausage calzone recipe on the blog Mommy Cooks. It is delicious–and makes the dinner rounds quite a bit!

This Monster Cookie Dough Dip Recipe isn’t the kind of dessert recipe you make and enjoy–it’s the kind that you can’t get enough of!

What are Monster Cookies? Well, Monster Cookies are giant cookies. Frequently cut-out to be the size of a shortening container lid, they are packed with peanut butter, oats, and M&M’s (among other things). This dip mimics those flavors–in an easy to make form.

After hearing from dinner guests that they were too full to snack, I brought out this. Let’s just say that we may all have been moaning and groaning afterwards from too-full bellies, but it was so worth it!

Flaky and buttery, this soft scones recipe is so good! They are only slightly more difficult to whip up than your basic biscuit recipe.

I thought scones were hard and tasteless–until I had a soft and wonderful scone at Beyond My Garden Gate Tea Room in Delphi, Indiana. Just amazing.

Since that fantastic shop has since closed, and I can’t begin to tell you how sad that makes me, I just had to find a different scones alternative. Enter this soft scones recipe.

Aunt Hazel’s Potatoes are a family recipe. No holiday was complete without this cheesy goodness! In other words, this is an Easter Dinner staple.

My Aunt Hazel, Hazel Granquist, was born in 1900 and lived to be 94 years old. She loved to cook and bake. She particularly liked to make waffles for dinner.

She was the first person (besides my parents) that I ever read a story to when I was learning to read. I loved listening to my grandma and my Aunts chat in Swedish over coffee every now and again. Enjoy!

I have looked at the recipe for Cherry Chocolate Kisses countless times. Mixing it up from the usual Peanut Butter Blossoms (that I LOVE) seemed like a good idea. Now? I’m kicking myself for not making them sooner!

If you are a fan of chocolate covered cherries, you will want to try this recipe. If you are not a fan of cherries at all (like a few of our neighbor girls), you will want to make these cookies. Everyone loves them.

Somehow, it doesn’t taste like you are eating actual cherries. These may be my favorite cookie of all time. No kidding. Wait. Do I say that every time?
