This mom and pop coffee shop carries coffee from around the world, serves breakfast and lunch, and has such a warm, homey atmosphere. The owner cracks jokes and interacts with his customers. I like a chatty small business owner. It gives a place atmosphere, character, and makes you want to return. It’s a true small town experience.

You probably don’t need me to tell you that Nashville is known for the beauty of their autumn leaves. They have an amazing amount of trees and hills all around the area. It’s unlike anything you’ve ever seen, if you have done any kind of Indiana traveling.
So, we were doing the downtown browsing thing. Nashville is one cute shop after another. Each one seems to hold something different. The boys were doing so great but my husband, Jeremy, decided that after walking around in the cool air for so long, that we were ready for a bit of a warm up. We decided to surprise the kids with hot chocolate (or whatever they wanted). My husband wanted coffee, any coffee. As for me, I do love a nice chai tea.
We found the Daily Grind. My husband was in coffee heaven. They have an entire wall of coffee from around the world available for bulk sales. I love to give coffee as a gift. Who doesn’t appreciate a nice cup of coffee in a flavor they may not be able to find back home?

This is more than a coffee shop, they are also a breakfast option. I did not eat here but I think it is worth mentioning. For anyone that likes to linger over a mug of coffee, this might make for a nice option. Just know that seating is limited.
Look for changing specials and that local flavor you know and love. Then get busy! There’s a lot of fun shopping around this area of Nashville, Indiana.
