Caramel Pie Recipe
I meant to share this wonderful Caramel Pie Recipe with you before Easter but time slipped away–which is what happens when you throw yourself into getting your 113 year old Victorian home ready to sell!
Every member of this family absolutely loved this sweet and cool dessert! So easy to whip together, I can easily see myself taking it along to cook-outs (as long as I know there will be a refrigerator handy).
Take it to another level by using my recipe for homemade caramel sauce or simply make it as written. It’s a cinch to prepare!

Caramel Pie Recipe
From an old Taste of Home clipping.
Ingredients
- 1 Graham Cracker Crust, 9"
- 4 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Carton (8 Ounces) Frozen Whipped Topping, Thawed
- 1/2 Cup Caramel Ice Cream Topping
- 3/4 Cup Coconut, Toasted
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans, Toasted
Instructions
- In bowl of a mixer, blend Cream Cheese and Sweetened Condensed Milk.
- Fold in Whipped Topping.
- Spread half into Graham Cracker Crust.
- Drizzle with Half of Caramel Topping.
- Combine Coconut and Pecans and sprinkle half of them over the Caramel.
- Repeat the layers.
- Chill or Freeze until serving.
- --Fully chill this one for the best flavor!
