We are huge fans of the MOTORWORKS Line by Manhattan Toy.

The latest addition to the family of interchangeable wooden toy cars and accessories includes the Fuel-N-Shine Station!

These amazing, high quality toys get a lot of play in our home and in many a small Indiana town! In case you have missed my previous reviews, these wooden cars use a common chassis so all of the parts are interchangeable. Instead of buying  toy car after toy car, you can mix it up with cars and parts to create all sorts of customized vehicles!

Our boys were thrilled at having a new addition, one that could really add a totally new level of play.

The Fuel-N-Shine Station by MOTORWORKS is a wonderful pretend car wash and gas station!

Gas Station and Car Wash Review

These toys are always boxed up so well! In fact, we have kept the box to the Fuel-N-Shine Station to house all of our MOTORWORKS cars and accessories.

Already put together, all your child needs to do is put on the removable gas tank and the decals!

While I normally shy away from any sort of sticker, since the 20 decals that come with the Fuel-N-Shine Station can be removed and put back on, we let Kid #2 have at it! He loved that he got to do the stickers all by himself.

Complete with soft, “scrubby” brushes that turn as the standard-sized MOTORWORKS cars are pushed through (easy to do thanks to a large cutout in the roof) as well as fuel tanks with removable nozzels. Add in the 20 repositionable decals and you’ve really set the scene for play.

Manhattan Toy Fun

We love the sturdiness of the Fuel-N-Shine Station. It is as durable and well made as everything else in the MOTORWORKS line that we’ve tested! It’s certainly a contender for travel too. These quality toys would make an easy take along indoor play for times when the weather doesn’t quite cooperate with our evening plans and the boys get antsy for something to do.
