Round the Corner Cafe in Winchester, Indiana was such a great place to unwind and relax a bit before pushing on. It’s such a cute, homey place! You can tell that it is the kind of restaurant where locals sit in the same seats and servers know their orders without even having to ask.
This sweet downtown diner boasts plenty of home-cooked goodness! My basic bacon and eggs was kicked up a notch with the addition of fabulous potatoes and onions. My husband greatly enjoyed his hearty breakfast. The Chuck Wagon is sure to fill even the largest of appetites! The kids kept it simple with biscuits and gravy (for the oldest) and pancakes shaped into the form of a familiar mouse (for the youngest).
They really do a nice job with kid’s meals here. Super kid-friendly, this Randolph County restaurant features a very well-stocked bookshelf full of things to keep little ones busy from crayons and coloring books to reading books while waiting for their meal and special playful kid-sized silverware just for them. It was a really nice touch. I know our youngest felt like big stuff. Having fun things to occupy their time while we are waiting for our meal was a wonderful little bonus.
