Stop 301 Shoppes in Chesterton, Indiana is one of the most unique antique shops I’ve ever seen! Set inside four train cars, this is such an unusual way to browse.

But it wasn’t always an awesome antique shop! Local residents of Chesterton, Indiana will remember the building and train cars as an old restaurant. But now? It holds quite the fun variety. What a great use for these train cars.

If you are a fan of glassware, luggage, taxidermy, vintage sewing boxes, books, or toys, you will certainly want to check this one out. I went home with quite a few board games that I had never seen before. I had my eye on even more Indiana antiques! How fun is that?

  1. How cool! I will have to stop out there to check out the antique shops. We were just out there last month for the Wizard of Oz Festival (tons of fun!).
