This year marked by first attempt at Zucchini Bread and now our boys can’t seem to get enough! I can’t say I blame them.
I’ve decided to keep trying different recipes for Zucchini Bread. You could say I felt inspired by the beautiful loaves produced by my neighbor! With so much zucchini pouring out of everyone’s gardens, it shouldn’t be hard!
So, here’s the next zucchini bread recipe and, as it is made entirely in one bowl, it keeps down the time spent on clean-up!
One Bowl Zucchini Bread Recipe
One Bowl Zucchini Bread Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Cups Flour
- 3 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Oil
- 2 Cups Zucchini, Peeled and Grated
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Nuts (Optional)
- 3 teaspoons Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Pour into two greased loaf pans.
- Bake for one hour at 350*.
